1 Day, Beginner Sessions 1-1 and 1-2 Bundle

This Bundle includes (2) sessions on 1 Day. There will be a 1 hour break for lunch in between sessions.

The time on the Booking page is for the 1st Session. The 2nd will take place an hour after the first one ends.

Session 1-1 Learning Objectives:

• The basics of MemorialDESIGNER's workspace, toolbars and buttons
• File operations: Open, Import/Export and Save
• Basic object selection, sizing, rotation and manipulation
• How to design a simple flat marker, color it and export it as a proof
• The difference between Group, Combine and Welding objects together
• How to quickly create a plottable version of the design

Recommended Pre-requisites: None

Session 1-2 Learning Objectives:

• Design a companion slant marker from a template
• Adjust Text size, spacing and kerning
• Mirror text and panels
• Add artwork to the design
• Manipulate text on a curve
• Adjust line thickness for sadnblast
• Weld artwork that overlaps panels
• Reverse facings (which name is on which side)
• Import designs from other programs
